If you want to do it on your site - it is possible to make changes in the file askbot/urls.py.

Specifically, regarding the "ask" page - not sure why you need to even index it - there is no content on there.

IMO it is very ulikely that if a user lands on that page from the search engine enging he/she will actually post something meaningful right away.
