email sent : link to change the subscriptions displayed an error page if the user is not logged in

the hyper link on the word change opens an error page if the user is not already logged to Askbot. If the url syntaxe is "correct" it should invite the user to log in. To avoid such a gas machine, I have removed the link in the email template on my side.

I think this should be done as well on the github repo.

in the same time maybe you could update the template. In my opinion, there are minor improvements that can be done: - in some cases the line with the author name finishes by ":" some time it does not. - with a line (<hr/>) before and after the post content, it is easier to identify it

I've almost finished this, with a redirect to login page and "next" parameter taking you back.
