when i click on tag "notebook" on page 30 askbot crashes.

It is not really a crash - error 404 means page not found.
We will add a pretty page for that with this http://bugs.askbot.org/issues/138
Evengy but the same page opens up when I open from page 1 . How's that possible? Why don't you try doing yourself? Just click on any page( page 21 for example) and try clicking a tag? It will say page not found.
Ok, I misread your question, right - there is a bug - when page is selected and then a tag added, we will fix it in the master branch, we are no longer maintaining the old skin version. Some merging work needs to be done before we look into this issue. I'll update on the progress here.
