Requiring Paid Accounts

I would like to restrict membership to a community that I am building to paid members.

This carries with it two requirements:

• New (unpaid) users are not allowed to create accounts.
• Integration with a payment gateway to automate account creation after payment is processed.

Are such features present in Askbot, and if not, are there plans to implement them?
