Cancel negative vote in anonymous question update user's karma
I make a negative vote in a anonymously question. When I cancel the vote, the author of the question received 2 points.
When I ask anonymously, I don't receive any points, right?

Confirmed for new users, too; I just downvoted this question and then canceled my downvote. If you look at anderson.marcondes' profile, you'll see a -10 followed by a +2. The -10 didn't take effect because the user's karma was still at 1, so the user effectively got 2 free karma.
