Where are new releases published?

Is there a simple blog/email list/twitter I can register to get an notification when a new version is released?

New releases are published in github

https://github.com/ASKBOT/askbot-devel/

Here is the latest release, https://github.com/ASKBOT/askbot-devel/tree/0.7.47

You need to select the tags under "Switch branches/tags" dropdown button in github

Sorry, it might answer the title of the question, but I meant for something a bit more - as someone who doesn't follow the github closely, where can I subscribe to get notifications of a new version? A blog/twitter account with major updates would be a great answer, but github alone isn't sufficient.
