Log in to your Google web master tools link text using the desired google mail ID. Now click on the option Add a site and place the desired website link which you want to submit to google web master tools. After entering your web site link you will be redirected to a window. Select the verification mode that is flexible for you if your are using wordpress blog or HTML web site it is recommended to up load the the HTML file to server as if at all you make any changes in your template it wont effect google web master tools.
