You can make more than one answer
If convert it from comments (from admin)!

There is a setting in the site settings "Limit one answer per question per user" - you can use that to decide whether you can make >1 answer per person or not.
Maybe I don't understand your question, but I should note that we don't have full support of the Django admin interface.

With limit 1 answer per person, if user can convert comments to answer, it can convert to more than 1 answer.
