How do I link to a question in askbot with a relative URL?
How do I link to a question in Askbot in a way that it doesn't use the full path (hostnames could change)?
Is there a shortcut like #10
or similar? (The person that asked me the question was thinking in terms of ticket management systems like the ones in github, trac, etc)

I'm not able to answer my own question, for some reason. Not as a community wiki question, not as a normal question. This is something that has been asked in our local askbot deploy and I thought It'd be useful to put out there since, although it may seem as common sense, they didn't find and answer here.
I keep submitting the answer to no avail so I'll leave this here (Markdown syntax - Try in the comment preview): While there's no specific shortcut for it, you can always use relative links omitting the protocol and hostname and using `/` at the start of the url. For instance, if I want to link to the answer `[Readable Link - With Hostname](https://askbot.org/en/question/2488/list-of-askbot-sites/)` I can use `[Readable Link](/en/question/2488/list-of-askbot-sites/)` [Readable Link](/en/question/2488/list-of-askbot-sites/) [Readable Link - With Hostname](https://askbot.org/en/question/2488/list-of-askbot-sites/)`enter code here`
Having too little karma prevents one from posting questions or answers with hyperlinks!! A workaround is add spaces in the urls for instance, describing links rather than linking. Then once one has enough karma, one can edit one's answer to fix the links.
Thanks. @slelievre. If that's the case, there should probably be a message informing the user so that he doesn't think it's a bug. I'll try to look into it if I have some time.
@Alex Hans -- yes, warning the user would be a very welcome improvement. I don't know whether there is an existing issue or "pull request" for that at the development headquarter for ASKBOT: https://github.com/ASKBOT/askbot-devel
